Delivery time

Three levels of postages method will be provided, including Hong Kong post air parcel (14-21 expected working days delivery)/ EMS postage (7- 14 expected working days delivery)/DHL express (3-7 expected working days delivery). Please be noted that delay could be caused different factors.

Cancellation, return and refund

For order cancellation, please be noted that cancellation can only be provided for in-stock items. Please contact us by sending a email to day1collectibles@gmail.com with your full name, order number within 3 days after the purchase. Please be noted that 20% service charged will be calculated.

For refund, we may offer a refund if the item is stated as “lost” by the postage company, or there is any damages and defects from the item.
